SetProgressPercent
Sets the percentage of an asynchronous process that has been completed.
void SetProgressPercent (in short percentDone, 
in CyberProgressBroadcaster broadcaster);
percentDone
An integer value indicating the percentage of the process that has been completed.
broadcaster
The progress broadcaster broadcasting the change.

DISCUSSION
This method is called by the CyberProgressBroadcaster::SetProgressPercent method to broadcast a new percent done amount to all progress receivers attached to the broadcaster.
For example, consider the process of downloading 200 bytes of data. If you have downloaded 100 bytes, 50% is completed.
If you subclass CyberProgressReceiver, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
